Welcome to Wireless Home Security Camera, here i will give information of Future Of Biometrics Technology and you can find information and tips trick about Kidde and other Carbon Monoxide detector, well, today i will give you information of Do you approve of or disapprove of the increasing loss of privacy rights in America?.
I have some answer for this In the 90's it was fingerprinting required to obtain a drivers license (and eavesdropping of domestic calls – Clinton did it as well as Bush).
In the 00's it is the cameras on every intersection in America (and still the phone eavesdropping), and improvements in technology have opened the door for endlesss possibilities for police powers.
They can already track your every movement by triangulating your cell phone via the cell towers (assuming you own a cell phone).
We are just one terrorist attack away from having a law passed requiring us all to have RFID / GPS chips implanted in us with our identity information.
Both Republicans and Democrats have talked about having a NATIONAL BIOMETRIC identification card for everyone. I could go on and on about what could happen in the near future.
If you are stopped by the police, and they ask you where you are going, what you are doing, why you are out late, or whatever, that is an invasion of privacy as well, IMO. Do you believe that police should be allowed to ask these questions, point their flashlight around your car without a warrant (that is searching unconstitutionally), or be allowed to tazer people for talking back? (I only add that last part because in Houston this week a 72-year old great grandmother was tazered by a police officer, after being pulled over for driving too slow, was being short with the police officer because he was asking her these types of questions, and he threatened to tazer her, and she said, “I dare you” – and then he did.
J&C, just in case you doubt my honesty about the 72-year old woman being tazered, here is an article that includes the video.

Flashlights unconstitutional?
Of course the police bend the law all of the time, hoping that you don’t know the law. The fact that they are looking around your car from the outside without a warrant is still a violation of the 4th ammendment. They are searching your car.
But i have good answer for this problem like this.

from a legal standpoint, the supreme court says if you are outside your home, you have no right to an assumption of privacy.
